• Entries open February 1 and must be received by 23.59 HST* on March 9. ( Our westernmost members are on Hawaii, so the deadline is set for them! )
• Date and publication details are required for Global Travel Writer entries. Photographers may be required to provide metadata details for particular images.
• Please keep a copy of all material submitted. Screenshots are recommended. Entries must be complete and correct, or the entry will be disqualified.
• The winners will be announced first on TravMedia
• Names of the winners in each category will be kept in strict confidence until they are announced on TravMedia.
• The scores given will be kept in confidence.
• Winning and finalist entries will be promoted on the SATW, BGTW and ASTW websites and may be used as part of promotional material for the various societies.
